AmerisourceBergen Corp (ABC) reported fiscal first-quarter 2017 revenue surged 4% to $38.2 billion on the year. The prescription medicines distributor earned $247.2 million compared to $145.7 million in prior quarter and $330.4 a year ago. Shares have jumped 7% so far this year while S&P 500 gained 2%. The stock’s near-term upside is at least 9.6%.
