Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc (REGN) gained 2.4% or $10.98 to $460.99 on Monday after the biotech company in partnership with Sanofi (SNY) received U.S. approval for their rheumatoid artritis drug. Shares of Sanofi advanced 0.94% or 46 cents to $49.62 in premarket on Tuesday.
Simon Property Group (SPG) jumped 2.2% to $157. 60 in five days and the real estate company sold $1.35 billion of senior notes that are due on June 15, 2022. Redemption will be offered for its higher-yield notes due 2020. Additionally, the company is selling $750 million value of 3.4% senior notes due June 15, 2027.
